I am a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I served as the CEO of Rude Lounge and have been instrumental in the development of 50+ restaurants and cafés across the country. My extensive background spans restaurant operations, service, production, sales, and marketing.

From the very beginning of my career, I had a strong inclination toward sales and marketing, recognizing early on that sales is the driving force behind the success of any restaurant or bar business.

During the lockdown, I utilized the opportunity to sharpen my digital marketing skills, gaining a deep understanding of Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads. Today, I creatively leverage technology and digital tools to drive business growth and improve performance.

I have built strong connections with corporate clients and key leaders in the hospitality industry. I actively stay updated with emerging trends in hospitality and, through years of close observation, identified a persistent challenge: corporate clients face multiple difficulties when trying to book a party. These include lack of clear information, delayed responses, poor communication, and the unavailability of the right point of contact at the venue—resulting in a frustrating and time-consuming experience.

On the other side, while restaurant owners are eager to attract corporate party business, most standalone venues cannot afford to employ a dedicated corporate sales manager.

These experiences have shaped my core strengths in team building, corporate relationship management, and party/event execution.

Over the years, I have successfully organized and managed 5000+ corporate parties and events for leading companies such as Accenture, John Deere, Mphasis, EXL, ZS Associates, Bajaj FinServ, Deutsche Bank, Capita, among many others.

Today, as Co-Founder & COO, I lead operations with a vision to deliver seamless hospitality solutions, create unforgettable experiences, and build long-term relationships across the corporate ecosystem.
