Cancellation Policy
1. Advance Payment Terms
- The Client shall pay 50% of the total booking amount as an advance to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance shall be paid in full prior to the event date. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Clarify that the advance is non-refundable unless covered by the venue’s cancellation policy.
2. Venue Substitution Clause (if applicable)
- Add that, in case the originally booked venue becomes unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, BookMyCorporateParty.com will assist in arranging an equivalent alternative venue where possible.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as per the new or original venue’s policy.
3. Damage or Misconduct Clause
- Make it clear that clients will be held responsible for any property damage or misconduct by guests, as per the venue’s rules.
- This helps protect your aggregator’s reputation and reduces liability risk.
4. Third-Party Vendor Bookings (if provided)
- If your platform also arranges artists, décor, or entertainment, clarify that their refunds and cancellations will follow separate vendor policies.
5. Communication Channel
- Specify that all cancellation or modification requests must be made in writing via official email or WhatsApp (registered with BookMyCorporateParty.com).
- This adds accountability and reduces miscommunication.
6. Taxes and Additional Charges
- State that all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless mentioned otherwise.
- This ensures clarity for clients reviewing invoices.
