Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment (50%)

  • The advance amount paid to confirm the booking is non-refundable , except in cases covered under the venue’s official cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • If the client cancels the event after paying the advance, the advance remains non-refundable.
  • Any additional amount paid beyond the advance will be refunded as per the venue’s cancellation timelines and rules, if applicable.

3. Cancellation by Venue / Unavailability of Venue

  • If the originally booked venue becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, BookMyCorporateParty.com will support the client in arranging a similar or equivalent alternative venue.
  • If the client chooses not to accept the alternative option, refunds (if any) will be processed strictly as per the venue’s refund and cancellation policy.

4. Third-Party Vendors (Artists, Decorators, Entertainment, etc.)

  • Refunds for services booked through third-party vendors will follow their individual vendor policies. BookMyCorporateParty.com will assist in coordination but is not responsible for vendor-specific refund decisions.

5. Damage or Misconduct

  • Any deductions arising from property damage or misconduct by guests—charged by the venue—will be deducted from any refundable amount (if applicable).

6. Mode of Cancellation Request

  • All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing via registered email or WhatsApp to BookMyCorporateParty.com.
  • Requests made through unofficial channels will not be considered.

7. Taxes & Additional Charges

  • All refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed excluding taxes and service charges, as these may not be refundable under government or venue regulations
